Steel Magnolias


  The title says it all. “As delicate as magnolias but as tough as steel".  Eccentric characters abound in this this perennial favorite about the bond among a group of Louisiana women. Both a comedy and a tearjerker, Steel Magnolias is a hilarious and touching tribute to the strength and resilience of southern women.

 After an exciting weekend of auditions and callbacks, Director Skylar Hensley and Ragged Edge Community Theatre are proud to announce the amazing cast of STEEL MAGNOLIAS!

This hilarious and touching tribute to Southern women will open on the RECT stage Friday, September 25th at 7:00 and play for two weekends closing on Sunday, October 4th.
